The title says it all.
Some messages, like this one, do not belong in a public forum. Is there a customer service email that we can use for this type of issue?

As noted in the top thread all backorders should be filled next week. I have tried to keep all informed via this board. Thanks for you patience. The post at the top of the forum will always have the latest shipping information and after next week it will no longer be necessary. Thanks for all being so patient and please accept my apologies...

Would you care to follow up michael? I must have ordered this thing in the middle of July. I assume (but will check) that my credit card will not be billed until the product ships.

and still nothing. I got a tracking no on 7/28 but it has not shipped yet!

To all.....
Credit cards regretably are billed upon receipt of order. Our business is set up to ship from stock and has no provision to delay billing. That is why we posted that WhiBals were not in stock, so that people knew that they were paying for items that would ship later. I agree not ideal, but it is rare that we are not in a position where we do not ship within 36 hours of an order recevied (normally same days based... on time of day).
All WhiBals will have been shipped by end of Saturday, Aug 27.
Although our production facility has produced excellent, excellent quality.....based on 1 (one) customer complaint (still has not responded to my email...I have of course refunded his money), I have decided to institute a redundant 2nd quality control check before shipment on each unit, so that slowed things down by a day or so.
All units have or will be shipped as of end of day Saturday.
Again...thanks for all of the support and understanding during the startup period. Anyone who feels that he or she would like a new production WhiBal, is welcome to return theirs for replacement. Let ms stress that ANY problems that we had were in fit and finish only, and there were not ANY technical issues. ALL WhiBals that were shipped met our specs for WB neutrality and there have been NO changes in the materials that we use, and there is no difference in the excellent results that will be obtained. There were some scrathes and bad edges on some of the original shipped WhiBals, but of course this will occur in normal wear and tear as well. The WhiBal is designed such that wear and tear have NO effect on the neutrality of the material as all color is through and through and not added on or painted on as in Gretag and other excellent, but fragile products.

I would prefer not to use your boards for airing out problems. But it seems to be the only way to get your attention. I have sent 3 e-mails to your "support" e-mail and "info" e-mail but yet not one regarding my whitebal order has been returned. I ordered the studio version of your Whitebal cards on July 19. And as of September 1, 2004 they have not arrived.
According to your updates mid-July orders should have gone out almost two weeks ago. It is understandable that you had production errors but that doesn't excuse your not returning e-mails with the requested information.
I am once again asking you for a tracking # and a date that I should expect my order.

I ordered two WhiBal pocket july 2 and have not received them yet (sep 7). I'm beginning to suspect they got lost in the mail.

Anyone who has not recevied their WhiBal please write to me and I will check into the order. Sorry for any problems. We are out of stock on the Studio right now and have some Pockets left. We will be in a full stock position, shipping from stock by the end of the month. The laws of supply and demand. on this first production run from our new vendor we wanted to keep it small to check things out. It went great, so now we can proceed with larger runs.
Sorry for the startup problems, and I hope that you enjoy your WhiBal.

I still have not received my pocket white balance which was ordered back on July 22 and paid in full through Pay Pal. I have written two emails but no response. Please help!!

All open orders were shipped today (except for a few Combo order). Those Combo customers will be notified by email today. All others should have or expect their WhiBals shortly.
We are out of stock as of today Monday Sept 27. The new production run should be here within 2 weeks. All Pocket orders will now ship with our new improved lanyard design. Studio WhiBals will no longer ship with a lanyard.
Existing WhiBal owners can upgrade to the new lanyard and the BlackPoint sticker for the cost of S/H ($5/US, $10/Int).
Details on the site within a day or 2.
