got this new job a month ago. our studio has portrait one execuitive software( including manager, sale, capture,.....vol. 2.5). for reasons, we have to reinstall our OS on one of our sales' computers. after reformatted our computer and secussfully installed Windows XP. Here's some problem occured after reinstall portrait one package. problem one is have problem to attch data file from server, and two is our other computer including server started has proble to find the file.( when we under the portrait manager, we have problem to start the portrait sale.(file not found).
try a couple time attach to different data files, still not working.
I also tried to reinstalled software a couple, still no luck.
finally, I try to create new data file, but I was asked for unlocking code which we don't have, anyhow, the person who installed the software didn't keep the code.
so, is any way to fix the problem without create a new data file ?
or if is not, how can I get a new unlocking code to activate the software.
