Concerning your announcement of the end of pre-release discount for AC when ver. 1.0 becomes available: 1) Where does that leave those of us who are interested in the program but have encountered apparent bugs which cause burns to fail? Many of us have served in effect as beta testers by giving you extensive feedback on their failures but would not want to commit to purchase until being convinced that version 1.0 will solve those problems. 2) What will the "normal" price of version 1.0 be?
Thanks,
John Marsh

John,
All valid points.
Pricing will be announced when V1.0 is released.
Regarding your specific problem...did we send you the test application that fixes the error 1000 issue? If not, we have a special app that uses new code that will be in the V1.0 release. It is a simple CD burning app, but will test the compatability of your drive with the Intel chipset that was giving you (and us) the problem.
Please post or email to me and if we have not sent you the sample app to try, we will.
Thanks..

Michael,
Peter sent me last week the small CD burning utility which I successfuly tested. Based on your assurance that code will be incorporated into ver. 1.0, I will go ahead and order AC before the price increase. Thanks for the prompt response( as always!).
John
