Shipment Confirmation?

Sorry if someone else has asked before. I've place my order on last Friday via ebay, and yet to receive process/shipment confirmation from whibal. Are we going to expect a confirmation when the goods leave whibal.com? Thanks.

I'm not sure about ebay, but you do get a purchase confirmation from Paypal listed as WhiBal. It shows all info, including the shipping address you have given them. If you have spam set, you might not get automated e-mail...

Yes, I did receive the Paypal confirmation.. but that doesn't mean that whibal.com has already shipped the goods. May be I'm just get too used to able to track packages :).

No, it doesn't...but you can assume it will be sent USPS on the next working day (probably Mon) and take whatever time that needs. My first was in my hands within a week, the second set (I ordered the day before you) I would expect by the end of the week, or the 28th latest...

Thanks Michael, I've received the combo (pocket and studio) package. My initial test shows that Whibal really works, and works great!! Just a question, does the package comes with a lanyard? I thought there should be one.

Yes, if there was no lanyard then this is a mistake. The pocket includes a lanyard. Just send me an email and i will send you one..

Hi Michael,

I've almost forgotten about it since last post, but I've yet to recieved the lanyard till today. Please verify the shippment again, thanks.

BTW, just to share my experience with whibal.. In short, I love it. No more guesswork or AWB. I've custom set my flash's WB in camera and the results look much better than the preset or AWB. Thanks for this great product!
