any ideas Michael. I have tried different USB ports, although Windows 2000 says that the device is connected on the unplug/eject icon on the bottom of the screen on the bar, you know the one to stop the device to unplug it. When I try and run the software to do a new profile, the Match-Eye and Match-Eye 3 programs both report that it can't detect the device as being connected.
Have tried installing the drivers again, and the software and then reconnecting the device after rebooting, and still unable to detect the device.
I have sent a support request off to GretagMacbeth support through their website but thought I would ask here as well.

Not good for something that is only 5 months in my posession and only used 5 times, which is once a month. But hardware does fail, I know that.
