I ordered my whibal on may 1st, 2005. I sent paypal on that date and have not recieved my item.
Sent two e-mails and they have not been returned. Today it's 12 days later and am wondering why there has been no response?
I sent paypal and an e-mail to Sales@PictureFlow.com and an e-mail today to Info@RawWF.com.
Nothing so far, what gives?

Rivets and mini color checkers ran out and so order with those have been held up. Sorry about the emails, they get filtered into a special folder that I forget to check (not a lot of mails go there).
Please send me another email with a link to this post and i can see what is going on. Rivets and color checkers are due in today so if that was the reason it will ship today. The only other factor could be loss in the mails or a mistake on our part.
very sorry for the delay.

I have looked into this and have found that due to an oversight your has not shipped. It will ship on Tuesday.

Actually we can ship today by Priority Mail. I would hope that you would have it Monday or Tuesday. Again my apologies.

I ordered 2 sets of the Whibal Studio Cards and only received one. Any way of checking to see if they shipped seperately? I received the first one on Monday..............
