This I get, when I try to use the noted address:

A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of
its recipients after 3 days.

The message has not yet been delivered to the following addresses:

<Info@RawWF.com>

host rawwf.com[2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:
connection to mail exchanger failed with timeout

I x'ed out the IP, it was originally in the message.

Michael, whatever the problem is, at least the e-mail address you have set up on this very site to contact you does not work for your customers.

Yes, I recently deleted the rawwf.com alias in an effort to eliminate SPAM. I need to make sure that it is not referenced anywhere on the site. Thanks for the tip..

Sorry for the confusion...

I have made the change. Should be good to go now..

As long as you got my second e-mail to your Michael address (you published it in one or two of the G6 sticker threads) and I get an answer to that one, hopefully soon ...

Could well be your third sale to me, after AC and WhiBal (which is a bit hard to use with a 200 mm lens capable of focussing only up to 2. 5 m, in a street photography environment (http://foto.write4u.de/EOS/altonale)). ;)

PS: If you want to you can change my screen name here to Dierk Haasis; you know, streamlining my forum appearances etc.

Unfortunately I still cannot e-mail you, Michael. Since I didn't get a reply at all (and the info address bounced as undeliverable) I tried the address you have in your sig on pixamntec. And I got that back:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. The following addresses failed:

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host rawworkflow.com[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:
553 5.3.0 <matapes@RawWorkflow.com>... No such user here

I do await your answer concerning my UPStrap enquiry.

I have had a similar problem trying to email Michael. So far I've tried these addresses, and all mails bounced back (Undelivered)

1. matapes@rawworkflow.com (no such user here)
2. info@rawwf.com (could not be delivered to one or more recipients)
3. rse@rawworkflow.com (no such user here)

These are all published addresses, NONE OF THEM WORK
I think some serious housekeeping is in order.

Michael asked me to email him at: michael@rawworkflow.com that was a week ago...still no reply :-(

I'm trying to maintain a sense of humour about all this, but I'm struggling.

BTW My original query was regarding an order for a WhiBal. Unfortunately my credit card was refused;
"Your credit card has been declined because the address verification was unsuccessful. Neither the street address or zip code matched information on file for this card"
Never had this problem before. Card belongs to me and is registered to my home address (I've used it since for online purchases without problem). However it would accept my wifes card, so I have (begrudgingly) managed to order one.

I remember that Steve. Personally I am still not in the state of losing my temper or anything like that; Michael, like many of us, is a well occupied professional. Seeing that he visits the same forums as me, perhaps others, too, and on all of them has an official function ... [Lost my point somehwer over grammar]

Since my own Web site is under constant development, with some major overhaul lately, including new domainname and e-mail addresse, I can understand the problem with revoked addresses (which is why I take my time disabling them completely).

At least we both know that his michael address is viable, I haven't got anything back from that, not even a bouncer ...

Ähem, Michael, any chance I get an answer on the UPStrap front? Beside what I mentioned in the e-mail, I may even go for a trio, adding RF to the mix. So, if you've got an answer for me I'd really appreciate it.

I have been away at the Soup2Nuts Workshop (a charity event created by Ruth and Thimas Knoll).

I have to get through my email over the next days. Do not hesitate to send again.

I need to clean up addresses as i have canceled most addresses except for michael@rawworkflow.com, due to SPAM ussire. So that is now the official email address. Thanks..

Ah, good to hear from you again. This message refills my patience for a few more days.

I guess you will have a little more time in the future - or will you consult for Adobe?

After I just returned I decided to go to the Microsoft Phot summit. So I have just returned again..

Regarding Adobe, we are in discussion.

Regarding my email address, it is mtapes (not matapes) @ rawworkflow.com

You should have at least two messages from me with basically the same question to the "michael" address; they did not bounce.

My schedule for the underlying action is Tuesday - that is Wednesday's be the action day.
