Michael,

This forum has been great when I started shooting RAW back in 2003. Remember C1 Rebel and its Thanksgiving special of $29? When C1 Rebel was discontinued, I upgraded to C1 SE. Soon after that, C1 SE was discontinued and I was forced to choose between (downgrading to) C1 LE or (upgrading to) C1 Pro. I chose C1 Pro and the rest was history.

Related to the RAW workflow, over the years, I purchased two fine products from this site, Michael's invention, WhiBal, and GretagMacbeth Eye One Display 2, the monitor calibration system.

When RSP came out, I decided to wait. My plan was that if the C1 Pro upgrade got too expensive, I would switch to RSP. Until, I'll stay with my investment.

Now RSP has been absorbed by Adobe, can this forum be opened up for the discussions of all existing RAW converters including Capture One, Bibble, RSP/RSE and of course ACR and Lightroom. Will you be part of the new Adobe team?

I am talking to Adobe now regarding a short term cooperation to begin with. We are still in discussion and so too early to comment.

I am working on my DVD (finally) about RAW Workflow. I am also active on the new www.openphotographyforums.com. So my plate is quite full right now. I suspect that I will move to open this forum up (www.rawworkflow.com) to a broader discussion, but I need to give it some more thought.

I am open to suggestions. For now my priority is to take care of the RSP customers, at least in some information, if not through Adobe, and to complete the RAW DVD.

It is an exciting time...
