C1 and Raw Format Guide for Italian Boy!

i'm italian boy and happy owner of Canon 350D.
I have begun use camera with jpg output format,but i want use Raw format!
which it is my question?...simple!
Where i can find good "Raw Guide" (best is "C1 guide")?!...
