View Full Version : No delivery of order since November, No reply to emails

I have been waiting on the delivery of a Whibal and mini color checker since November. I got one reply from support telling me to check on a tracking number with the local post office, which I did but I haven’t received any replies since. Here is the correspondence:

Hi. I contacted the postal service here and they say there is no record of this tracking number on their system. Can you double check this from your end? I asked if I could get some kind of confirmation that this tracking number didn't exist (for your benefit) but they didnt seem to know what I was talking about.

Hi. Ordered a WhiBal and mini color checker about 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. I order quite a bit from the US and generally it takes about a week, 2 weeks at the outside. Could you look into it for me please? Here are the order details.

Please note that your order email, emails, and postings use different addresses and names at different times which makes it harder to keep track of the correspondance. None the less, sorry that this seems to have fallen through the cracks.
