What's a "Junior Member"?

Also, when I click on the members button I get
the message...
"You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules."

Where can I find the Forum Rules?

The members button would display a list of all the members of our forum. As I do not feel that it is my place to display this information publicly, I have disabled this function.

We have no official forum rules. I try to keep this forum informal.

Junior Member just is a designation that all members get untill they have posted a certain amount. That is more applicable if this were a general discussion forum as opposed to a product support forum. So probably all members are Junior Members.
