View Full Version : File Preview does not show / No Index created

I am running Archive Creator v2.0 Beta 1.
For certain files (Canon RAW), the file preview is not shown and no HTML Index Preview is created when processing the file selection. This only applies to 2 out of approx. 200 files I want to archive. The files affected can be opened however by YarcPlus so I believe there should be no corruption of the .crw file.

This is strange..

Is it the same 2 files each time? If you click on these 2 specific files in the file selection tree there is no preview? And all other files are OK?

If this is the case can you please send me 1 of the files.

Yes - it is the same 2 files each time.
There is no preview when clicking on them from the file selection tree. All other files are okay.
I will send you one of the files by e-mail.

As noted in my email, the "problem" file worked fine here. Please try the suggestions that I noted..
