Purchased last week Archive Creator, but when I archive files with more than 1 CD, I get the message after inserting the second empty CD: wrong volume, you have to insert volume Archive_02. After that the programm aborts the session.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Evert

Hi Eric,
Please make sure that you are running the Beta 3 Version. Go to the Preferences page and try to increase the Media Wait Time option, set to 10 or 15 and see if this effects it. Also, if you still get the error, please take a screen snapshot of the error message, also showing the Archive Creator program windows as well and email it to ACSupport@pictureflow.com
Thanks and sorry for the problems

Hi Peter,
Sorry, but I don't know how to make screenshot and email this to you.
I did what you said: running the Beta 3 Version and try to increase the Media Wait Time option, set to 10 or 15.
I did the same test - but with Cd-RW - and after inserting the second disk, the program says directly that the disk is written direcly (without writing anything). After clicking OK, the program shows an error on de the second disk icon.
What's wrong here?
Thanks, Evert

Eric, this is a very unusual issue. However, it has been reported before. There is one thing you can do to help us debug this. Our program had a debuging logger built in. Please turn this on and perform your burn.. after the error occurs, please send me the data from this logger.
To turn on the debug logger.....
1 - Run AC and select the About Box from the Help menu.
2 - Double-click on the logo.
3 - A message box will tell you that new menu entries have been added to the Options menu.
4 - Click OK.
5 - Go to the Options menu and select Run Program Logger...
now perform the burn, after the error occurs, DO NOT exit the application...
click on the logger icon (small red plus sign) in the system tray (by the time in the lower right corner of your screen) and a small dialog box should appear with a bunch of diagnostic messages. Please select the menu ... File->Save to File ... this will allow you to save the diagnostic information to a text file of your choosing.
After you do this please email the text file to peterm@fnol.net.
This will be a great help in resolving this....
