Garbled filenames/error.

With Beta 4, I get the following error on a number of folders (4 on the fileset I am currently working with)

http://www.tonycollins.dsl.pipex.com/photos/ac_file_error.jpg

Note:

The file does not exist on the disk as far as I am able to tell. I don't get this error on an earlier version of AC.

Thanks Tony, I will look into this. I think I was able to reproduce it here.
