64 bit "Instant JPEG from RAW" ?

Hello, I'm new here, so please forgive if I'm completely off base. I had read about the Instant JPEG from RAW utility and went to download it. However, the link said 64 bit was not supported, and unfortunately all of my machines are of course running 64 bit OS.

I might not have read enough of the forums or missed something, but is there any plan for a 64 bit version of IJFR?
